1) Helen would probably like this one location-wise and otherwise. If she’s happy, I’m happy because “my best friend would live in the same house as me when I was in Utica” some of the time. This is also a good location to coordinate with Willy. It is also quite close to Darman Mfg. Company on 1410 Lincoln Ave. The neighborhood is mostly black (I’m almost sure), which I prefer and so does Helen. 45K buys me the moon in Utica, it seems–> $44500 Nice 2 Family (West Utica)

Which is good also but #1 is cheaper and is in a better location.
There are many “outstanding value” housing deals in Utica vs. what one would pay in California.
Summers in the Utica/Upstate area “can’t be beat”. (it’s a nice vacation spot, if u know the territory, and I do.)
Upstate NY is a great place to be in the summer and fall (it sucks in the winter, that’s all).
I have some assets in Utica, NY people-wise.
I’d like to spend most of my time in CA, but to spend a few months or so a year—>
In Utica “would help me 2 remain in my two sons lives”.
Helen would “watch my half of the house” when I am gone.
She’d make a great “house caretaker”, and—>
She should live rent free for all that she has done for me over the years.

<—this would be nice! just a wishing’… I need a base of operations to get Willy back on baggies – he quit taking them something like 4 years ago due to pressure from his mother, and her fraudulently telling him “she could not afford them”. The 1st Internet Woodstock Venture would be extremely wise to “Invest in Willy Getting Back On Baggies, Fixing his gut biology, and correcting his diet, a diet based on ignorance and/or flawed knowledge taught to him by his Registered Dietician mother”. On Baggies, etc. Willy can show Profound Improvement in a Month or Two, especially “if I am there”. A 2 Family House in Utica is the Big Part of “an Investment in Willy”, but it gives me Other Advantages too. The Boonville property is 2nd to Utica (and is not a Requirement), but it could work out too (as a sole Utica area property) as long as I had a car so that I could coordinate in Utica with Willy Often. To Not Have at the 1st Internet Woodstock What Willy and I did and learned about Willy’s Baggies would mean “an Important Missed Opportunity” and Be a Real Shame. If Baggie Sources Remain Corrupted “Willy and I will know”. Incidentally, Willy will be Graduating College this May or June, and he intends on staying in the Utica area and get a job teaching. In Saying All of this, it does not mean “I do not want to be in San Francisco primarily”, because I do. I know deep in my heart that San Francisco is the Place 4 Me.
